氢内燃机喷射系统与燃料电池氢喷系统的研究及应用RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF HYDROGEN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE INJECTION SYSTEM AND FUEL CELL HYDROGEN INJECTION SYSTEM

摘要(Abstract):
当前,全球因利用柴油、汽油等传统能源而产生的温室气体排放量占总温室气体排放量的约86%。全球碳排放主要来自交通运输、能源发电与供热、制造业及建筑业等领域,这些领域均需要消耗大量能源。为了降低交通运输工具的碳排放量,对氢能在燃料电池和内燃机方面的应用进行了探讨。首先介绍了氢燃料电池系统中氢气循环系统的发展阶段;然后通过流体动力学(CFD)仿真模拟了120 kW大功率氢燃料电池系统中氢气循环系统的氢喷射器在不同进气口压力下的流量情况,分析了衔铁的运动升程对氢喷射器流量和喷射速度的影响,并对不同占空比下的氢喷射器耗氢量进行了仿真值与实测值的对比;最后对氢内燃机的优势与劣势进行了分析,并介绍了氢内燃机的氢喷射技术路线。研究结果表明,大流量的“高压氢喷射器+引射器”技术能够满足120 kW大功率氢燃料电池系统的开发,氢内燃机气道喷射及采用缸内高压直喷技术后的高压氢气直喷技术均能降低碳排放量,为陆路、水路、空路的交通运输工具提供了更清洁的能源。
