基于CIGS薄膜光伏组件余热利用的CIGS-BIPV/T系统的实验研究Experimental research on CIGS-BIPV/T system based on CIGS thin-film PV module waste heat utilization in BIPV project

摘要(Abstract):
为了在建筑光伏一体化(BIPV)项目中最大限度地利用太阳能,基于光伏组件余热利用,将CIGS薄膜光伏组件与热泵机组相结合,构建热电联产模式,形成CIGS-BIPV/T系统,并对此系统在北京地区室外环境下的实际运行性能进行了实验研究,测试了不同工况下CIGS-BIPV/T系统的运行特性,以便为光伏发电系统与热泵机组联合运行提供参考。
