一种新型多级满液型蒸发回热式太阳能海水淡化系统研究

摘要(Abstract):
设计了一种结构新颖的小型多级满液型蒸发回热式太阳能海水淡化系统,整个系统共有14个单元,分为7级,第1级由8个单元组成,每个单元包括CPC、全玻璃真空集热管、热管及海水箱;从第2级开始,每个单元加装回热管构成集热/蒸发/冷凝三位一体单元。系统运行在正压和常压状态,使用逐级降温回热法来加强蒸汽凝结潜热的回收利用,并通过实验研究天气条件及辐照度对该系统制水性能和热效率的影响。实验结果显示,本装置冬季单位集热面积的制水率最高可达1.5kg/(h·m~2),制水性能系数最高可达3.4,综合系数最高可达1.3,系统整体各项性能均较优异。
