非晶硅薄膜太阳电池应用分析

摘要(Abstract):
简要介绍了当前几种薄膜太阳电池,并分析了它们的优缺点;详细介绍了非晶硅薄膜太阳电池,分析了其光致衰退效应与影响光电性能的各种因素,总结并展望了优化非晶硅太阳电池的各种技术。
