太阳电池与光伏组件的温度特性及其影响因素的分析Analysis of temperature characteristics and influence factors of solar cells and PV modules

摘要(Abstract):
系统概括了温度对太阳电池及光伏组件的影响,并介绍了光伏系统的几种冷却技术。首先,总结了单晶硅、多晶硅及非晶硅等不同材料太阳电池的温度系数,对其性能进行了比较;其次,讨论了组件内部温度分布的均匀性对其性能造成的影响,光伏组件表面温度差异及上下表面温差不甚明显,但温差加剧则会对其电学性能造成影响;然后,从影响组件温度的环境及组件自身结构等方面进行了进一步总结;最后,介绍了几种用于冷却光伏系统的技术以供参考。
