漂浮式海上风电场TLP锚固基础应用研究综述A review of floating offshore wind farm TLP anchorage foundation applications

摘要(Abstract):
通过对全球已有的张力腿式(TLP)平台进行调研,详细分析了TLP锚泊系统的应用现状,总结了常见的TLP锚固基础形式的特点及发展趋势;并在此基础上探讨了适用于我国漂浮式海上风电场的TLP锚固基础形式,为我国漂浮式海上风电场深水平台的研究和工程设计提供了一定的参考和依据。
