退役动力电池早期过充电故障诊断方法FAULT DIAGNOSIS METHOD FOR EARLY OVERCHARGE OF RETIRED POWER BATTERIES

摘要(Abstract):
以电动汽车的退役动力电池为研究对象,利用容量增量分析(ICA)技术对过充电导致充电电压曲线形状异常变化所对应的电池性能衰退机理进行解析;并以此为基础,结合电池容量损失机理诊断模型,提出了利用恒流充电过程诊断退役动力电池早期过充电故障的方法。结果表明:早期过充电对电池内部活性锂损失的影响较小,负极贫锂活性材料损失是诊断早期过充电故障的重要理论依据;同时,利用容量损失量小于20%的退役动力电池验证了早期过充电故障诊断方法的有效性。
