太阳能热发电项目熔盐罐基础中陶粒施工质量控制的研究RESEARCH ON QUALITY CONTROL OF EXPANDED CLAY CONSTRUCTION IN MOLTEN SALT TANK FOUNDATION OF CSP PROJECT

摘要(Abstract):
熔盐罐泄露已成为当前影响太阳能热发电项目正常运行的重要问题,而熔盐罐基础作为太阳能热发电项目中熔盐储热系统的重要组成部分,其沉降可能会引起熔盐灌泄露。以中东某太阳能热发电项目熔盐罐基础中陶粒的施工质量控制为研究对象,基于熔盐罐基础中陶粒的施工工艺进行分析,通过引入动态变形模量E_(vd)实现了对陶粒施工的分层量化控制,进一步阐述了熔盐罐基础中陶粒施工的要点和步骤,归纳总结了此类施工的技术要求,并提出了将E_(vd)、静态变形模量E_(v1)(或E_(v2))和E_(v2)/E_(v1)这3个力学指标相结合的"三指标控制法",可以在方便快捷的情况下,最大程度地控制陶粒的施工质量且满足设计要求。研究结果可为太阳能热发电项目熔盐罐基础中陶粒的施工提供有应用价值的参考和经验借鉴。
