摘要(Abstract):
<正>以上计算结果表明,钙钛矿电池的效率密切依赖于钙钛矿层的质量,尽管以上关于材料参数的假定带有某些随意性。因此,优化钙钛矿层材料的成分(如三元系金属卤化物)、改进材料生长工艺、降低其缺陷态密度,将是今后重点研究的课题。图8中CH3NH3Pb I3的能带参数是由Kim H等[4]从反射谱和UPS(紫外光电子谱)测量导出的,但是费米能级EF的位置未像常规UPS测
