光伏组件在黄土高原气候条件下的性能研究Performance of PV modules in the loess plateau climate conditions

摘要(Abstract):
为了探明黄土高原半干旱气候条件对单晶硅光伏组件的性能影响,将光伏组件置于户外,利用光伏气象监测系统和户外I-V测试仪进行实时记录,研究其在晴天、多云和阴天等气象条件下输出参数的变化规律。结果表明:光伏组件的温度受太阳辐射强度和风速的综合影响;短路电流与太阳辐射强度呈正比,且倾角在一定范围内变化时对倾斜面上的太阳辐射强度和短路电流的影响较小;当太阳辐射强度较高时,开路电压主要受温度影响,并呈反比关系;而当太阳辐射强度较低时,其会对开路电压产生较大影响。
