槽式太阳能油田蒸汽生产系统方案设计与对比分析

摘要(Abstract):
根据克拉玛依油田的蒸汽负荷需求,设计槽式太阳能油田蒸汽生产方案。建立直接太阳辐射计算模型,对该地的太阳能辐射量进行估算;研究集热器的光学效率及集热管热损失模型,对各方案中集热场的变工况运行情况进行计算。对不同方案的蒸汽参数和集热场面积关系进行分析,发现集热场面积随蒸汽压力的升高而降低;分析不同蓄热时长对蒸汽生产的影响,得出5h蓄热时长可同时兼顾能量充分利用和蒸汽生产平稳性的结论。
