钙钛矿光伏组件在集中式光伏电站中的应用前景分析APPLICATION PROSPECT ANALYSIS OF PEROVSKITE PV MODULES IN CENTRALIZED PV POWER STATIONS

摘要(Abstract):
在光伏发电竞价、平价上网已成为市场基本态势的背景下,高光电转换效率、低成本的光伏组件是光伏产业持续快速发展的必然需求。当前,占据市场主导地位的晶体硅光伏组件的光电转换效率提升有限,且生产成本持续上涨,而发展和应用新一代高光电转换效率、低成本的光伏发电技术是破局核心。钙钛矿太阳电池具有理论光电转换效率高、峰瓦成本低、生产能耗小、功率温升损失小等优势,发展潜力巨大。根据当前钙钛矿光伏组件的生产成本和技术水平,通过对其进行技术性及经济性分析,并与单晶硅光伏组件进行对比,分析钙钛矿光伏组件在集中式光伏电站中的应用前景。
