一种彩色多晶硅太阳电池的制备方法及性能测试Preparation method and performance test of colored poly-silicon solar cell

摘要(Abstract):
通过调节氮化硅减反膜厚度可制备出呈现各种颜色的彩色多晶硅太阳电池,但如何获得良好欧姆接触及拉脱力的电极是彩色多晶硅太阳电池制备的难点。本文通过在常规工艺路径基础上增加腐蚀开槽工艺解决了电极性能问题,研究并优化了彩色多晶硅太阳电池减反膜的光学性能和电池的电学性能。该工艺较为简单,可操作性强,适用于规模生产,电池外观及可靠性均能满足市场要求,具备广阔的应用和市场开拓潜力。
