基于LED太阳模拟器太阳电池光谱响应测试研究

摘要(Abstract):
从原理介绍光谱响应、量子效率和光电转换效率3者间的关系。通过光谱响应测试系统对比两种不同工艺的太阳电池的光谱响应曲线,分析太阳电池结构和工艺与光谱响应的关系,进一步说明光谱响应对提高晶硅电池转换效率的作用。
